Alan Hull . . . and goodnight.

O No its 2am again! got sidetracked  catching up on blogs instead of posting . . . Along the way I discovered Alan Hull had died in 1995 . . . I didn't know. I still have this album on vinyl.
So obviously it was straight to You Tube to find a "tribute" seventeen years later . . . Decisions, decisions.
This was my favourite track at the time of the album . . . So this is it.
I will have to post tomorrow . . . I already missed the alarm this morning, Stropster had a massive panic . . . He only just made it to work on time. I could do without a repeat of that so I'm off to bed.
I read some good posts though . . . Thanks

  1. Better luck tomorrow. I am practising commenting every chance I get to see if blogger takes it away again. Humph.

    1. I've only just seen this . . . Not sure how I missed it but thanks anyway . . . I still didn't get onto a "past post" but I will one day. Those hours between 10pm, when I generally get sat down and 2 am, when I next look at the time, just fly by. My few precious hours alone . . . Gone!

  2. I'd never make it to work if I didn't get to bed until 2:00 a.m. Yikes!! Hope you have a great day!

    1. I know . . . I have to get to bed earlier. My Son (Stropster) goes to bed about 11pm but I have to get him up with cuppa at 7am :-( Every morning I feel so tired and I swear "Right that's IT! Tonight I'm having an early night!" . . . till 10pm when I'm suddenly wide awake . . So annoying. I suppose part of it is, the only time I get on my own is after 11pm . . . And I do love time alone so much. Hope you having a good day too.

  3. I missed your birthday! And the rehab news! Wouldn't it be awesome to turn the big 50 next year free--literally free physically, emotionally, financially, and spiritually from the junk. I'm cheering for you;)

You can put a category on your sidebar about your romantic liaisons (ohh, I would love to read that!). Go to design, add a gadget, then list. Just think of an appropriate title;)

PS have you found your brother's testimony yet?

    1. Wouldn't it be awesome indeed!? I've had real good news on the detox place too. It used to be a bit of a mixed up messed up place (a bit scary) but it was re-built last year and you now get your own en-suite lockable room, which has put my mind at ease. And there is a brand new . . . GYM there (yes I thought of you and your girls all running the stairs in jail :-).
ok, I wondered what those "gadget" spaces were for . . . I will try that. I've written a rough manual list of years/places/others . . . hmmmm. I think "Moving on" might be an appropriate title ;-0
The only testimony Bro had on CD was way too long (90 mins. He calls it "The angels and trumpets version") . . . But he has been asked to give his testimony to a group on February 2nd and he only has 15 minutes so his friend is gonna record him and I will post that here the minute I get it. He will also put it on You Tube.
